Track. Understand. Improve.

Logging a set is built to take two seconds. The rest of the app turns those sets into your next goal.

Beat last time

Your last session sits beside a BEAT target. Tap it to load the weight and reps, then change them to suit the day.

  • Tap BEAT to load the weight and reps
  • A comparison line shows how your set measures up
  • Big numbers keep the next set easy to read
The BEAT target loaded: 80 kg × 8 on the bar, 30 a side, 2.5 kg more than last time’s 77.5 kg × 8, ready to log.

Every load, drawn

Each weight is drawn as the plates on the bar, with the kilograms printed on every plate. Dumbbells, cable stacks and dip belts get their own drawings.

  • Kilograms printed on every plate
  • Plates a side and the bar, in words
  • Light and dark themes

Your gym, your plates

Tell the app which plates, bars, dumbbells, kettlebells, machines and bands your gym has. Every step and suggestion uses only weights you can load. Keep a separate setup for each gym.

  • Plates and dumbbell pairs, switched on or off
  • A separate setup for each gym
  • kg or lb for the whole app, or per exercise
